Student Grievance Policy and Procedure
Try to resolve any problem(s) or complaints informally by meeting or talking to the person whom you believe has violated the school policy or procedure.

Email: jerry@GoThermalStar.com. The Education Director will then have two (2) business days to respond in writing.
If the problem or complaint cannot be resolved after discussion with the Education Director a written compliant must be submitted to the President, Geary Morris at 3418 S. 48th Street. Suite 9, Phoenix AZ 85040-1939. Phone 480-966-1988.

If this does not resolve the complaint the student may file a complaint with the Arizona State Board for Private Postsecondary Education. The student must contact the State Board for further details.
